Our solution

In the Discovery Phase, we collaborated closely with the Lambrucar team to identify and document all specific needs and project objectives. This phase was crucial to ensure that the proposed solutions perfectly aligned with the client’s expectations and challenges. We designed an intuitive and efficient user interface, focusing on user experience to facilitate supply chain management. Our graphic design team created a modern and professional visual aesthetic that reflects Lambrucar's corporate identity.

During the implementation phase, we developed a customized web-based administration panel for comprehensive supply chain management. This panel allows real-time tracking of shipments, order management, route optimization, and precise inventory control. At the same time, we integrated Google Document AI, an advanced optical character recognition (OCR) solution, to automate the capture and processing of data from documents such as proformas, invoices, and permits. This enabled precise and rapid information extraction, reducing manual workload and minimizing errors.

The solution includes functionalities to improve coordination and information flow between different links in the supply chain, resulting in more efficient and cost-effective operations. The digitization and automation of documents ensure complete traceability and compliance with regulations, facilitating audits and reviews.

 

Impact and Benefit: Once the client started using the system, we confirmed significant improvements. The automation of processes and reduction of manual errors have significantly decreased operational costs. Response times have been optimized, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Google Document AI technology guarantees high accuracy in data capture, essential for accounting and regulatory management. Enhanced tracking and traceability capabilities have improved transparency across all supply chain stages.
